We were born to move. Healthy aging cultures do "natural" cross training in their daily activities. Kirk Hamilton shares the TRIAD Exercise program's principles through the example of a friend's home gym. He explains the importance of daily aerobic exercise (dancing, bicycling, walking, hiking, etc.). He recommends circuit training for strength while moving from station to station alternating arm and leg exercises (at least 6 different arm and 6 different leg exercises doing 10-15 repetitions each set).
